Our property is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is done here. We have many chickens, suckler cows, bees, and our two Labrador girls, Caro & Maya, who roam around freely. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

You can park right outside the door, under your balcony. From there, you can access the light-flooded upper floor. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a huge cozy couch. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Modern room in a new single-family home

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

Well-equipped holiday apartment in the countryside

Our rooms are on the ground floor. It is newly renovated and brightly equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a small desk. There is also space for a travel cot, which must be requested at the time of booking. The existing bathroom has also been completely modernized. For small appetites and the next morning there is a fully equipped kitchen. (fridge, coffee machine, oven, induction hob)

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

We rent out the outhouse on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 free-range pigs, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful stream where you can make great stream walks through the forest. In about 600m distance there is a swimming lake. 5 minutes by car to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and 1 hour to the mountains.

You live in the centre of the town square in a house that is over 400 years old, in a flat on the 1st floor with a view of the castle that has been renovated with lot of love to details.
