Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. Casa de campo independiente con maravillosas vistas. Hemos puesto mucho empeño en que la casita sea cómoda y con detalles que la hacen especial. Piedra volcánica, paredes blancas, puertas de granero. El baño con color a mar y arena. Todo en relajante combinación. Te encantará sentarte en la terraza y disfrutar de las vistas y la tranquilidad. Realizar paseos a la cima de los volcanes cercanos. Our eco-friendly LOFT powered by solar energy is ideal for couples. They can be up a couple with 2 children.. We offer to reconnect with nature and enjoy its sound. It is located less than 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches and coves in the north of the island. Our two houses for rent are located on a 20,000 meter plot on the side of a volcano. The view from the large windows of the living room and the terrace are spectacular. You can contemplate the sunrises from the bed.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset.
