Perched in front of a valley near Ugán beach, Casa Liu connects with its surroundings both literally and emotionally. This home is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for outside living to be brought inside. Sunlight pours in, brightening every aspect of this space. The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!
