Our emblematic house maintains the centuries-old Lanzarote architecture, while being modern and well located. If you want to feel the warmth of a house with personality, history and in which a lot of love has been put into its restoration, do not hesitate and come to enjoy it. The accommodation is complete indoors, terraces and gardens for guests, there are no common areas. I will be available 24 hours a day. The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements. If you like the idea of being far away from the resorts & tourist hotspots yet within walking distance of a few bars & decent restaurants then this could be ideal for you! Casita Palmera (VV-35-3-0011146) is a gorgeous country house that sits in the stunning 'valley of a thousand palms' of Haria with superb walks & bike trails The dining room & patio have superb views over the valley. We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.
