It just so happens that this is also perfect for airbnb travelers! All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk! No (URL HIDDEN) Cleaning (URL HIDDEN) Deposit. But take care of my home!!! Warner park - 7 best hikes in USA! (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) "Foder's 7 best hikes in the US" Penthouse! New Home just completed in May 2012 - 1 Bedroom Suite with its own private full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This suite also has its own 2nd level covered porch! Living room has 70" 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. Bedroom has 55" TV. I just added a new memory foam Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Come and go as you please. Beautiful new suite located on the second and third floors of my home is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville. KING SIZE BED WIFI 2 NIGHT MINIMUM Before your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code to the front door, and your room key will be on the table in the dining area. You can checkin any time after 3. There is parking on the drive. Check out this video of the area: (URL HIDDEN) The penthouse has its own LR,DR, Kitchen, and bedroom. It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. With the front door code locks installed you are free to arrive at anytime after check-in without me having to meet you, But if you need anything, just give me a shout!! Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. But just do as i do and walk...only about 25 mins to the downtown entertainment district!! Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is by 11 AM. If you need in earlier, let me know. Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. If you have questions on activities or hikes within the park, don't be afraid to reach out and ask.
