Very good value, great location and off street parking for one vehicle. Enjoy a private suite on 2nd floor: dedicated entrance, bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom & sitting room with efficiency kitchenette in an owner occupied circa 1900 home. Older heating system makes clanging sounds. Super clean, spacious & private. PLEASE NO SMOKING OR OVERNIGHT GUESTS. Single dog (& ESA pets of course) are welcome (pet fee applies). Sunny, East Side apt!

Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.
