We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Shawnee National Forest getaway.

Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Strawbale Bungalow. Bloomington, Indiana, USA.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

Biker's Paradise Near Slaughter Pen w/Hot Tub

Stay steps from Slaughter Pen MTB Park in a private two bedroom guest suite just minutes from Downtown Bentonville. After a day on the trails or exploring town, relax in your private hot tub, shoot pool, play ping pong, or tune up your bikes in the dedicated bike shop. Enjoy a king bed, queen bed, 70-inch TV, fast WiFi, private patio, fire pit, coffee, snacks, and free parking. We live upstairs, but the entire lower level is private for guests.
