My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.

Come and rest 200m from the ocean. House on two floors with jacuzzi, barbecue, plancha, ping pong and outdoor shower opposite a surf spot and free tennis courts. Video projector and chimney. There IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT THAT IS OCCUPIED but its entry IS independent. Close to market, golf, aquaparc, skate park and restaurants on foot or by bike. Baby kit available.
