The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. The rental of the pool or jacuzzi is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.

You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
