The apartment is on the north side of the house, so the temperature does not heat above 24°C on the hottest summer days, and an air cooler also supports the ideal climate. The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads.
