From here you can walk or cycle immediately into the countryside, but Bregenz and Dornbirn are also in the immediate vicinity. The bakery, bus stop and train station are only a 3-minute walk away. By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.
