Our new apartment "die Stub" is the perfect starting point for your tours to the Vilstal and the surrounding mountains since we are already in the middle of the forest area. Neuschwanstein is only 25 minutes away by car. After a tour, you can cool your feet in the Vils or jump into the surrounding bathing lakes. In winter, various lifts are about 25 minutes away by car or you can take a snowshoe tour from the house. The town center is 3.5 km away where you can buy everything you need.

With a lot of love for detail, we have redesigned the rooms and combined modern furnishings with old, restored furniture.

The stylish holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the outskirts of Pfronten, in the district of Steinach, just 2 kilometers from the Falkenstein castle ruins and 10 minutes from the Austrian border. It is situated on the first floor of one half of a semi-detached house. The house was completely renovated a few years ago. There are two holiday apartments in the building, and each apartment has its own free parking space directly in front of the house.

Close to the mountains!
Make yourselves at home. The 80 m² apartment impresses with its loving details. It is modernly decorated and has a gigantic view of several 2000 m peaks. You can leave your car parked. Within walking distance you can reach Falkenstein Castle, the Breitenbergbahn, supermarket and cheese shop. Another special feature is our XXL family bed in the size 270 x 200 cm. Just plenty of room for 2 or 2+ child. A crib in the size 140 × 70 cm is also in the room.

The ski slope is about 5 minutes by car, and in 2 minutes you can reach the Höllschlucht forest rope course. The alpine hiking trail to the Kapeller Alpe leads directly behind the house. Enjoy the variety of leisure opportunities for athletes and relax in your alpine retreat!

Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. In the vacation apartment in my wooden house 'Casa Linda' with a view of the Breitenberg, Kienberg and Falkenstein, you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries and get plenty of fresh air under my 400-year-old linden tree.
