Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Enjoy the calm and cozy charm of our small town surrounded by mountains and far away from the hectic city Reach Innsbruck in just about 15 minutes by train or car. You can find restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops, a pizzeria and a supermarket along the mainroad. Numerous ski areas, sledging routes, skitouring routes, hiking and cycling trails, lakes and other outdoor activities are very close by. Free ski bus stops right in front of the house to the skiresort Bergeralm Steinach (10 minute ride)

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

The holiday apartment "Ferienhaus Pichlerhof" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office and heating. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
