Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Welcome to my design apartment at the foot of the Pfänder, above Bregenz's Old Town. The private entrance leads to a spacious living and sleeping room (31 m2), which is separated from the bathroom (11 m2) by a fireplace. The fireplace is out of order. My wooden house was designed and built by a Vorarlberg architect. There is a vanity/shower/toilet in the bathroom with a view. There is a mini kitchen ideal for breakfast, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. 1 car parking.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer ehemaligen Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

Beim Schlafzimmer Nr 3 muss erwähnt werden, dass es nicht ein verschliessbares Zimmer ist, sondern das Bett steht auf einer offenen Galerie!
