Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each & a bunk bed. In the large bedroom upstairs there is a home cinema system with Netflix connection. Furthermore, the house has 2 bathrooms with toilet & an additional toilet on the 1st floor. There is both a shower and 2 bathtubs available. On the lower floor there is also a gym & laundry room with washing machine incl. Dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fully automatic coffee maker, etc.

This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a baker (with daily necessities), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located in the green recreational area just outside Ingolstadt, Munich and the Altmühl Valley, our tiny house is the first 100% sustainable tiny house in Germany. The design takes up elements of the original "rural" development of Niederstimm. Bike paths are available and lead idyllically across the country. Local transport connection via bus is also available. Ingolstadt Central Station (20 minutes to Munich) is about 3 km away

Loft-style living with 4 separate sleeping areas

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet accommodation. Located in the heart of Hallertau, you can rent the top floor of a former warehouse. There are three bedrooms with a double bed or a large bed. There is also a sofa bed in the attic. You can cook your favourite meals in the modern fitted kitchen. In addition to the main bathroom with two washbasins, a bathtub and a shower, there is another toilet in the attic.
