This isolated retreat is in an exceptionally beautiful part of rural England that grazes the Welsh borders and yet is a stones throw from cultural, Hay on Wye. Traditional Otter Cottage is nestled on our secluded organic farm. Relax in your garden, enjoy views of the sparkling stream, snuggle up by a crackling log fire, wander to the pub for dinner or ramble the majestic Black Mountains! From the window you might see Kites, Fox, Kingfisher, deer and Otters.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. It is totally self-contained, has ample off-road parking and also has its own completely private, south-facing garden with a tranquil view looking out onto the village church.
