Villa, 5 minutes from downtown Fano

In a parc of 12 hectares of land which has 900 olive trees, we propose for rental a large and elegant villa which is ideal for up to 26 persons (7 bedrooms, plus a library room and 2 living rooms which can be used as bedrooms). There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.

Il parcheggio privato dentro il giardino è 10€ al giorno (aprile,maggio,giugno,settembre) e 15€ (luglio,agosto). Tassa di soggiorno 1.5€/notte/persona
