Our 2 apartments are located in the resort PEROJ (located between Pula and Rovinj) in a beautiful house with stunning sea views opposite the beautiful Brijuni Islands. The house is in a quiet location about 800m from the beach. It is surrounded by a large garden, where there is also a grill that you can use freely. The apartments are comfortable, functional and fully equipped with Parking place free of charge. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant are just 200m from the house away. Moreover, cafes, currency exchange etc. Something very special: we have its own PRIVATE PROPERTY of 1000sqm directly on the Sea / beach for the exclusive use of our guests, where you can undisturbed swim and sunbathe ! Also on this private property, there is a barbecue where you can have your meals or even grilling (tomorrow freshly purchased) fish and eat quietly. We will also offer you more with our homemade wine and homemade extra virgin Olive oil. We speak German, Croatian, Italian and English.

Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartment is located 900m from the beach, 2 km from Fazana and 10 km from Pula. The apartment is located in a private house in Peroj on the 1st floor. The beach is only 900m away where you can find beach bars, rent a chairs, and try some water sports. Beach has an amazing view in the Brijuni islands. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which lead to Fazana and Valbandon where you can meet other activities.

Our air-conditioned LEE HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecu.

Spacious, unique and sunshine apartment with the spectacular view of the Roman amphitheater. You can almost touch the Arena from all the windows!Two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen with dining area, entry living room and a little balcony. Capacity: 4+2 people. U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our bright, modern and mediterranean furnished apartment is the perfect accommodation for your holiday in Istria. It is located on a quiet side street and has sea views from the bedroom, living room and balcony. The apartment has its own parking space, which can be used 24 hours a day for those arriving by car. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
