Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to everything, yet so quiet and far from everyone, there is a house with a total of 4 apartments. On the second top floor of our house is this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and the island of Brijuni. The apartment is 98m2, has its own entrance and parking on the premises. The plot stretches 6000m and is completely enclosed by a stone wall. In front of the house there is a 55 m2 swimming pool. On the whole plot over forty centuries-old olive trees.

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive to the sea shore . Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

Vacation home Una with 3 bedrooms, up to 6 people

Our new vacation home Una is waiting for you! It offers you lots of peace and relaxation on 120 m² of barrier-free living space with a private pool of over 53 m² in size. There are three bedrooms including bed linen, two with double beds and one with a bathroom and one with two single beds. In total there are two bathrooms including towels, bathroom one with massage bathtub and each with shower. We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot, of course free of charge.

Arena & Seaview Luxury Residence

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
