Enjoy a 14m2 bedroom with comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room with balcony, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Private parking, secure bike room. 15 min by bike from the Old Port of La Rochelle and 7 min by car, 10 min from the Île de Ré bridge. Arkose climbing room 2min away, Rompsay Canal for joggers 5min away. Great for a quiet stay between city, sea and nature.
