My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

Cozy, new and very well-equipped apartment. Located in our quiet property in a cul-de-sac, with parking space. A bakery on the corner, 5-minute walk to small shops and Yelo bikes, electric car charging stations in front of Périgny town hall, 5 km from the ocean and the center of La Rochelle by bike. Maison d'Oli - Parking + 160 x 200 cm bed, all comforts

My house is ideally located to discover La Rochelle and Ile de Ré. We have completely renovated it in the last few months to make a cocoon with a small flower garden. It consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen bed 160x200cm, a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. Games and books are available:) Two free parking. I ask my guests to clean before they leave.
