Small cozy nest, decorated with care, classified 3 stars, Wi-Fi. Located in the heart of the historic district, very quiet street, 2 minutes from the market, 5 minutes from the Old Port. Equipped with a coffee machine, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. No microwave, whose harmful effects on health are known. Linen, mattress, French manufacture. Double bed, made locally. Blackout blinds in the living room and blackout curtain installed in the bedroom. Late arrival possible, key box.

Flat with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons max., renoved in 2016/2017 with a wonderfull view on the sea and the old harbour. The flat is located on the 1st floor and is composed of: - Living room (with a convertible sofa, TV...) ; - Balcony (rare on the old harbour) ; - Equipped kitchen ; - Shower room ; - WC ; - Calm bedroom (double bed) without overlooked with a view on a courtyard (with a bike shed). The train station is at 0.30 miles, the beach at 0.40 miles and the aquarium at 0.50 miles.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Paid parking, 2-minute walk to harbor, the 3 Tours are very close and the aquarium too. Downtown on foot too. The Coursive is 50 metres away. Rue des remparts may be subject to a fee ⛔️
