Située à 1h15 de Nice seulement et idéalement placée entre la Tinée et le Cians. Vue imprenable plein sud sur la vallée avec grande terrasse en bois. Appartement de type studio, décoré avec goût dans une résidence neuve « Argentera » en parfait état, tout équipé, parfait pour une famille, un lit banquette, et lit superposés. Casier à ski individuel avec l’appartement. Terrasse de 7m carré sans vis à vis avec salon de jardin. A deux pas de la place centrale de valberg ! Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture. Arrivée indépendante avec boîtier de clef sécurisé. Le ménage doit impérativement être fait par les locataires avant leur départs.
