The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Located in the quiet and idyllic village of Matting on the Danube. Many leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or sub-riding on the Danube are possible. Regensburg can easily be reached by car in 12 minutes. The apartment is on the ground floor in a detached house. The terrace on the east side is ideal for breakfast with the morning sun. The south side terrace has an open fireplace and merges into the garden. Hosts live on the 1st floor.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
