The lovingly restored cottage with fireplace, underfloor heating, projector and large panoramic window has been converted into an award-winning studio and offers space for couples, friends and families with children from 6 years of age as well as for yoga groups and workshops. Countless swimming spots, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

The village lake is just a few steps away. There is a fireplace in the yard. During the harvest season and for cultivation in the fall, there is of course a little more activity. Our house is a spacious country house from 1912 in the middle of a 5000 m² natural plot. It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

Schäferhof Hiller vacation home

The newly renovated vacation home is located in the center of Grünz village, surrounded by the beautiful Randowtal. The cozy kitchen-living room offers a fireplace and a sofa bed. The bedroom with adjoining terrace invites you to have breakfast and linger. The large lawn in front of the vacation home is ideal for children and/or dogs to play and romp. In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

Gutshof Damme Apartment # 4

We offer four apartments in the old manor house in Damme. Solid and rustic wooden floorboards are in the premises, healthy lime plaster on the walls. Tap water is spring water quality thanks to modern house filtration. Floor heating in the bathrooms, ceiling heating in all other rooms. And all this by geothermal energy. A lot of dedication and love are put into this project! The large garden invites our guests to linger, relax and stroll.

A few larger animals are soon to move into our 7000 sqm former small farm. The bees already live here and produce the delicious linden blossom honey. Behind the house you can quickly get to the forest and the fields. Upstairs in the house is a large, bright room with two beds as well as 2 desks for relaxed work. Downstairs is a large kitchen-living room with access to the garden – orchard/vegetable garden as well as the other bedroom.

Meadows with chamomile and poppies, a little away, just the old walnut tree. The house is located on the sunny side of the village, a short walk from the swimming lake. The driveway leads past quince trees, behind it a brick premise for bicycles, barbecue and dinghy. The extensive garden with adjoining meadow invites you to relax. Hollyhocks, apple trees, cherries, an old plum tree, as it should be. Ideally suited for up to 7 people.

Stylishly converted farmhouse with large 100 sqm light-flooded living room and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for groups of up to 10 people for a joint vacation, for cooking and relaxing together or for working in the countryside. The Lindenhaus is in the middle of a small village in the Uckermark in the immediate vicinity of Lake Sternhagen, with many opportunities for swimming, walking, cycling, canoeing, etc.
