During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.
