Right outside the door, directly on the shopping promenade, you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes - perfect for strolling. The historic Altmarkt is only a few seconds' walk away. Since our charming 57 m² apartment is located directly in the city center, you can reach the tram and the shopping center in just a few minutes on foot. The main train station can be reached by tram or bus in about 10 minutes.

Studio apartment close to the center

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 5-minute walk to the center. In the rose garden you are in about 20 minutes. For further exploration I can provide 2 new mountain bikes. For bicycle tourists, the bike can be parked in the hallway at night.(220V socket). When arriving by car, free parking is of course available. Especially for longer stays, there is a washing machine.

Our accommodation SchaeBu 7 is very central, located in the middle of the old market. It features a modern decor in a timeless style. There is space for 2 people, and we also have a cot/chair. It has a kitchen with microwave / kettle /coffee machine /fridge/ hotplates 2x , and its own bathroom / toilet / shower. It is accessible by stairs on the 2nd floor and easy to find. There are numerous resturants, right in front of the door and in the same building.

There are shops and restaurants within 500 m (of the property). Longer stays are also possible. For more people, a folding bed could also be provided.

Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
