From this accommodation, you can reach all the important places in no time at all. Within 3 minutes' walk, you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with a beer garden. The town of Kempten is 5 minutes away by car, and there is a bus stop within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor and is very bright and spacious. From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises.
