IL BORGO - Como Lake

The VILLAGE consists of three ancient and luxurious houses, dating back to the 1600s. They are all independent houses. One is the home of the only couple of guests, one is the home of the owners and the last is the holistic massage studio. The garden, swimming pool, hot tub, infrared sauna and woods are for the exclusive use of the two guests only. All surrounded by nature. Luca and Marina live in the VILLAGE, but do not use the amenities. The property is not suitable for children.

It has a large private parking lot and a beautiful garden with a centuries-old plane tree. You can reach the town center, various restaurants, bars and the beach on foot in 15 minutes. From every corner of the house, from every window you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the lake with a thousand shades of colors and lights that change continuously

Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. CasAllio is situated in the heart of Dongo, a few minutes walk from the center, the lake and the cicle / pedestrian path. The “Berlinghera” is located on the ground floor and has an indipendent entrance and a private garden. We provide free parking and a shared garden with barbecue, pergola, tables and a playing ground. In the surroundings it is possible to organize numerous activities.

This beautiful apartment is located in Gravedona ed Uniti, on the Northern upper West side of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful places in Italy. The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 floor villa made up of a sleeping/dining area. Starting from January 2023, a tourist tax of 1 Euro per day for each guest of the property shall be paid.
