Enjoy complete privacy in our cozy guest house, nestled in a convenient location in the heart of Murdoch. 5 min walk to Murdoch University (via underpass). 5 min drive to the local grocery store and cafes. 10 minute bus ride to Murdoch Station. 15 min bus ride to Fiona Stanley Hospital. My husband and I live on the property at the back of the house, however your space is in a separate section at the front of the house, offering complete privacy and comfort.

A renovated self-contained guest suite for singles, couples or small families. Only 900 metres walk or 2 min drive to the beautiful, peaceful Warnbro beach. Guests can share use of our 60,000-litre palm-fringed pool and outside dining area. Suite has a private entrance and comprises of living room, dining room/kitchenette, bedroom with queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

Semi-detached granny flat on a quiet rural property with horses, kangaroos and various wild birds. Close to Mandurah and Rockingham (beaches) and Peel (wineries). We will provide you with the makings of a light breakfast including, if you like, eggs from our own free-range chickens.
