Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Cafes & award winning restaurants, shops and playgrounds are 10 minutes walk away. Dog beach close by. Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

THE PALMS studio is the perfect gateway down south for those looking to relax and unwind in a comfortable setting, close to town. Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Welcome to our Hillarys Beach Stay. Close to Hillarys Boat Harbour with many restaurants, bars, AQWA, and access to Rottnest Ferry. Nearby is Hillarys Beach Fitness Hub, at Whitfords Nodes Park. You will have access to your own guest suite with courtyard entry, including bedroom, ensuite bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher, lounge/dining area. Louise and Steve live upstairs. Shared spaces include pool and patio. Located on a bus route and with a shopping centre a walk away

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Bluewater Retreat B & B

Bluewater retreat B&B is a cosy original fisherman's cottage in a peaceful part of Jurien Bay. 400m from the beach and close to local amenities. Your private ground floor apartment has no internal stairs. It offers easy access, private parking and a patio entry. Inside, enjoy an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with heating/cooling. The apartment includes a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, ideal for couples, friends or small families.

Close to wineries and restaurants in Kalamunda and the Bickley Valley, with the Perth CBD only 25 minutes away by car. Off street parking and a private entrance is provided on site. It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
