The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

House with direct access to the water (right on the Dahme) - close to Berlin! Not lonely & idyllic, but spacious & for the active: 2 single kayaks +2 bikes for sports and exercise for children, dog & cat, horse & donkey make this place unique. In addition, Berlin is quickly accessible by car and also by regional train. Excursions to the lake-rich surroundings are highly recommended. Our renovated cottage meets simple requirements and still has a feel-good character.

Künstlerhaus Zernsdorf - Berlin

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Fully renovated bungalow right on the water and just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin. From the living room with open kitchen you have a great water view. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sunbeds, barbecue and rowing boat on request. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

House "Frida" - tranquility, meadows, forest & lake near Berlin

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish home in the middle of a protected landscape area. Completed in 2024, this small cozy home is still evolving on the outskirts of Berlin. At the moment, in addition to the unique bathroom, a dining room and the large kitchen-living room and sofa bed, there is already a small, idyllic garden in which a barbecue area with table & seating will soon find its place.

Our cozy weekend property invites you to a wonderfully relaxing vacation. A private jetty with lake access as well as forest and meadow are right outside the front door. On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season. Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.
