Our newly renovated garage apartment offers a queen bed, full bath, kitchen table, microwave, toaster, fridge, free wifi & private side entrance. A 2 tiered deck offers guests the ability to fish for bass, blue gill, or cat fish just to name a few. End the day with a glass of wine waiting on manatees or gators to pass by for a quick hello. For the bird enthusiast, eagles, hawks, blue heron, & white egrets are in bountiful supply

This is a modern studio apartment with seaside decor just a minute’s stroll to our dock on the Indian River, where you can catch brilliant sunrises and watch as dolphins swim by. Full kitchen, queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a seating area with swivel chairs ensure your comfort. Roku TV and high speed internet. The apartment is in its own separate building, which gives you privacy. You also have your own patio with fire pit and a complimentary washer/dryer right outside your door.

Great place to come trophy bass fish . (Ranked #1 best bass fishing lake ) than relax at your own fellsmere beach tiki / bbq area with your very own pond full of fish . Very country , with plenty of space to park as many boat trailers , rvs as you’d like . Battery charging station to charge boat batteries . . Additionally the master bedroom/ bath can be used , and owner not there . Inquire about this additional space . note: i used to stay there and share the master bedroom. NOT NOW!

Make your memories of family fun, romantic sunsets and water sports galore in this luxurious home with spectacular views. This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Our place is close to the city center, parks, beach & shopping. Grocery store and drug store just across the street. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock and river access. Tandom kayaks & bicycle available. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!
