Nice new studio, in a quiet area. Very close to the lake. Bike path nearby. Stream and waterfall on the property. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large terrace with lake view. They will also have the option to store (bicycles and/or skis, etc.) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal vantage point to contemplate it at different times of the day or throughout the seasons. Annecy and its amenities are just a short drive away.

A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of 39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.

Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

Ideally located between Geneva (35 minutes from the airport), Annecy and Chamonix, the cottage is also only 10 minutes from Les Brasses ski resort.
