The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Arranged on three floors and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial, kitchen/living room with fireplace, modern appliances, playroom and music area, it is suitable for all families, adults and younger.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Ravascletto: Cottage with two independent apartments

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the village of the same name houses the Prepaulin apartments. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains or simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico Pass) Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and 2 children (I cannot accommodate 9 adults: one room is too small.

The perfect place to slow down, experience the most authentic mountains and set off to discover hiking, alpine villages, lakes and the slopes of the Zoncolan, surrounded by the unspoilt nature of Friuli.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

For the presence of dogs, it is necessary to request authorization, the daily cost is 10 euros. The final cleaning fee is €150. The cost of the pool is to be defined based on the number of nights. Around 30sqm let you forget the time, while taking a look at the Harnische Hauptkamm. A fireplace and an outdoor sauna will keep you warm when you return home after a hard day's skiing.
