This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made! Tiny House Farm Stay on One Goat Farm

This quaint little cottage is located on the Bourbon Trail of Kentucky. A mere 9 minutes from Six-Mile Distillery. Located in the heart of an Amish community. We breed, show and raise registered myotonic goats. We have a fall and spring kidding season so if you book during that time, expect to see baby goats frolicking in the fields. The cottage is on a functioning farm with horses, cats, goats and a donkey. We offer overnight housing facilities for your own equines as well.

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
