The location is magnificent, with all the city's entertainments right next to it: market hall and market square ( less than 100 m ), Oulu theatre ( 220 m ), cinema ( 280 m ), restaurants ( less than 100 m ), shops in the city centre, beach ( 230 m ), etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Beds for 4 (in addition to a couple of extra beds ). Parking space in the garage, max. height for car 2, 15 m . Free WiFi. Ask for a special offer in week 43!

The cottage is located on the banks of the River Iijoki. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 hlo. Rowing boat, swimming, and fishing. Yl Beach Riding Farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must complete the final cleaning. We charge $80 for unpaid cleaning.

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

The apartment is 38.5 square meters. The bedroom has a 140cm double bed with semi-hard mattresses. Guest mattress. No pets. Fully stocked. Sheets, towels, and cleaning are included. Glazed balcony. Beautiful studio from the seafront in Toppilansaari. Toppilansaari is located about 3 km from the center of Oulu in a maritime setting. Only about 1 km to Nallikari beach. Shop about 900 meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

Ambiance in the middle of the Iijoki

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
