Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. Little red cottage

Mökki on hirsirakenteinen hevostilan vanha päärakennus ja kohta 100 vuotta vanha. Vuonna 2010 mökki on peruskorjattu lattiasta kattoon. Mökissä on 45 neliötä ja sisältää makuuhuoneen, tuvan ja kylpyhuoneen. Mökki sijaitsee hevostilan pihapiirissä ja tilalla on hevosia ja kissoja. Hevosia saa tervehtiä sovittaessa. Isäntäväki asuu samassa pihapiirissä. Mökkissämme sallitaan eläinvieraat. Ruokakauppaan 6 km Uimarannalle 4 km Luontopolulle 3 km Ouluun 35 km I speak english.

Winter-inhabitable cottage

An atmospheric, winter-friendly cottage 1.5 kilometres from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. There is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price) with its own entrance.
