A studio apartment on the second floor at the end of a detached house. There is a code lock on the door. The property is located on the north side of Oulu, along the motorway, near Oulu Ideapark. The apartment has a double bed and a Karup Design sofa bed (size 140x200). The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, an induction hob and an integrated dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave can be found in the breakfast cupboard. Washing machine in the bathroom. Pets for an additional fee. Free parking.

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

From the E75 road to overnight, effortlessly and quickly. The trip to the cabin passes through the village of Oulunsalo, so food shopping can also be done at the same time if necessary. In a quiet location close to good transport connections, a two-room apartment in a new apartment building. Kitchen with basic equipment, bedroom with double bed. In addition, an extra bed can be made, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request Easy to exit the highway to the apartment and free warm garage parking for the car. Shops: Lidl 200m (electric car charging, another charging in Neste's yard 300m), S-market 3 km (open 24h) and City-market 4 km. Oulu city center can be reached by bus (stop 200m) or by car 10 min.

Hailuoto center detached house

For quiet guests (max 6 people), a newly renovated detached house in the center of Hailuoto is available. In the log house, located in the heart of the Hailuoto National Landscape, you can spend a comfortable holiday as well as telecommuting days. The house has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room, the kitchen is equipped for longer stays, and the apartment has a sauna and a terrace. From the courtyard there are magnificent views of the field landscape.

Historic Log House by the Sea

A historic, log house apartment (building 1900, completely renovated in the 21st century) on the seafront in the tranquility of the forest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a hallway. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washer, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. Amenities include a shower, toilet, air source heat pump. Book for 4–5 people; the beach sauna can be booked separately for €30/hour (the sauna is pre-heated and sessions are between 6 pm and 10 pm)

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.
