The washing water is taken from the tap on the outside wall. The atmospheric light of Marjaniemi light can be seen just over 2.5 km away. There are hiking trails nearby.

From Oulu, there are several bus options to Haukipudas. From the bus stop about 800m to the destination. There is a stream behind the cabin. It is about 300-meter walk to the riverbank. Two bicycles are available. Check-in starts at 6:00 p.m. Early check-in may be possible depending on the booking situation. There is plenty of parking space at the property.

This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.

Winter-inhabitable cottage

An atmospheric, winter-friendly cottage 1.5 kilometres from the E75 road. The cottage has its own yard. There is a small bathroom with a toilet and a wood-fired sauna for two people (wood is included in the price) with its own entrance. There is a TV in the cottage, and the apps work with the guest's own mobile data connection. An air-source heat pump keeps the cottage cool in summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.
