The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Since the fisherman is mainly at sea and lives in his island cottages, guests have access to almost all of his well-equipped and tranquil plot of 130m2 of single-family house. There's room for relaxation for the whole family, but for the workers, this accommodation is also great. Guests will have access to: - two bedrooms - Spacious kitchen, dining area and living room - Sauna and terrace The lot is bordered by the forest. The area has a fast connection to the motorway and Oulu. The bus to the city runs every hour.

This unique, 100+ year old cottage is located in a quiet residential area just a few kilometers away from the city center. It is close to the highway E4. The next bus stop and a supermarket can be found in immediate vicinity. Bikes can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is suitable for 2 people and offers a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house can be heated with electrical heaters, a heat pump or a wood-burning oven.

Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

A unique home provides the perfect setting for a getaway, in privacy, but still close to services and good transportation. Meritupa is located next to our house as a separate building and has its own entrance. The room has a sofa bed for two. A kitchenette and a Spa-inspired bathroom with two rain showers and a large sauna with a stunning view.

Peaceful unique place. House with all amenities. You'll have access to a lot, a wood sauna, an electric sauna, a rowing boat, and fishing gear. In the summer, you can enjoy the surrounding river by swimming, rowing, or fishing. In winter, you'll be wearing a starry sky and maybe even the Northern Lights. In winter, you can ski, walk, or snowmobile on the river ice. The sea is about 2 kilometers from the cottage. Great for staying overnight or longer stays.
