Monoblock Klimabox. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy anywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

Cozy as at home. On the outskirts of Munich, our apartment is located on a wood. Sparkling, beating woodpeckers, collecting squirrels. And yet we are in the middle of Munich or at the fair in 20 minutes. The basement apartment consists of 2 rooms – sunrise for breakfast, evening light in the bedroom. It's wonderfully quiet at night. Forget about charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Do you want to cycle quickly to the bakery? – No problem.

Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

It is complete and newly furnished. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The connection is very good. It is 4 minutes to the bus and 11 minutes to the S-Bahn (each on foot). After a 20-minute drive, you are in downtown Munich

The house is in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk, there is a sports facility with swimming pool and sauna. Grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The city center of Munich is about 25 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to the S-Bahn (suburban train) not far from the house. With the S 7, you can get to Munich Central Station in the city center without changing trains.

The view into the garden is heavenly..... We also appreciate and enjoy it again and again. At the end of the garden you can walk directly into the forest....also ideal for jogging.
