I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

In addition, your own tip-top-modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - for access to the washer and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.

Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented.
