As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.

Detached house, on the ground floor consisting of a living room with kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and outdoor space in the condominium garden but with 'private' area and internal parking. the house is 20 meters from the FL3 ROMA LA GIUSTINIANA stop NB the railway line that connects with the center is active towards the center from 6.15 am to 11 pm, and on the return from 6 am to 10 pm. (From 10 pm to midnight, bus 907 from metro A Cornelia or 201 from Piazza Mancini). From midnight to 6 am there is bus n201 Piazza Venezia

There are shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. 2 min. from the apartment is Prati Bus District location for events, exhibitions and fairs.

A green oasis in the city without noise, with a large sunny terrace and 400 meters of garden. The parking is fenced and closed by a gate. The FL3 metro train is 400 meters away and has connecting stations with the other metro (A and B) to reach Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, etc. It reaches St. Peter's in 20 minutes, and Trastevere in 25 minutes. Children have swings, a rocking horse and a soccer goal.
