You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free [luggage deposit is next door, 10 meters]. ONLY FOR YOU: Handy! Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.
