Stone house, jacuzzi, center, 200m from the beach

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Our brand new luxury villa Luka is located on a wonderful location with beautiful sights and yet still very close to the all local points of interest. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and luxury with 3 ensuite bedrooms (and an extra room in case of need) and all other amenities you can need. A big private, heated pool with wonderful views, great indoor jacuzzi in spa area with an sauna and gaming/billiard room, a nice fenced outdoor area with a table tennis, badminton or archery set.

Completely renovated in 2024, mama Marija apartment ensures privacy, utmost relaxation and enjoyment at Hvar town waterfront. Original stone walls of the exterior beautifully complement timeless interior design. Wonderfully spacious and inviting, the apartment includes two balconies which overlook the marina and the old town, two beautifully designed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a common area which combines a smartly designed kitchen and a living room, perfectly suited for get-togethers.
