Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Frisch renoviert, bietet unser charmantes Townhaus auf 80qm genügend Platz für einen erholsamen Aufenthalte einer ganzen Familie in Potsdam. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Gästetoilette, gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten inkl. Terrassenbereich, sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Alle Räume sind eben und auch mit einem Rollstuhl gut erreichbar. Freies W-Lan, 2 LED-TV´s mit Netflix und Prime Video stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Enchanted garden near the lake on 500 sqm

Relax in this special and lovingly designed place to stay. You have access to an area of 500 m², with a small cottage. If you want to jump into the lake, you can only walk for one minute to the entrance to Ruppiner See, hidden in the reeds, with a small footbridge. In the immediate vicinity is the historic Jahnbad and the city park, through which you can walk along the lake to Alt-Ruppin. You can walk to the center no longer than 15 minutes and to the train 5 min.

Oasis on the lake in Berlin-Kladow with private jetty and own water access. The house has bedrooms, open and fully equipped living-kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to Ku'damm or 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakers nearby. We offer a vacation apartment, vacation home for up to 4 people in 16868 Wusterhausen. The vacation home is located on a property built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritzer lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for price.

We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2 minutes walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3 minutes to Surfyng club about 5 minutes, 500 m from Wandlitzsee Bhf. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere.
