From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

You will find our 2 vacation apartments on the 2nd floor of the main house of a former farm in Rengersfeld, a small district of Gersfeld. It's green and quiet here. The apartments are high-quality and lovingly furnished. Both apartments share a very large balcony, which is separated by green plants. In the afternoon sun, you can let the day come to a wonderful end with a view of the beautiful nature. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, and it's all good quality.

The Rhön Star Park attracts with guided tours to the spectacular Star Tent.

Our house is perfect for both short and long stays—whether you're looking for a relaxing holiday, a work trip, or an extended project. Enjoy a comfortable, well-equipped accommodation in the heart of the Rhön region. Parking is available on the property. Additional free parking can be found on the street. Pets are welcome. Please note: There is no washing machine. However, laundry service can be arranged upon request and by prior agreement for an additional fee.

Elderflower House

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

In summer, you can enjoy the large garden with hammocks, sun loungers, and a grill as well as a wonderful lounge area.

Vacation home "Casa Lore"

In this 2-story property, the bathroom, one bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is another bedroom and a cozy living room. The peaceful garden invites you to linger and relax. A table and chairs are available there; in summer, two sun loungers are added to the offering. Frankenheim/Rhön is the ideal base for both city and nature excursions.

Rhöner half-timbered house with special charm

The old half-timbered house is located in the middle of a small village in the Bavarian Rhön Biosphere Reserve. It will be occupied by you alone during your stay. It can accommodate 4 adults if 2 bedrooms are sufficient. However, there is still a single mattress in the living room. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in the barn.
