This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 01, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as bio, is an inn in a reclaimed building operated by Batonship LLC.It is located in a complex consisting of 13 offices, stores, and homes called “Kita's North Nagaya”. The row house is a simple building with a wall that shares a wall with a neighbor, and is a type of multi-unit house with a separate entrance for each house.This traditional Japanese home has contributed to the formation of a rich community and culture in the area, but it has declined year after year due to aging and other reasons. Still, there are still many row houses in the Kinki region, especially downtown Osaka. "Kita's North Nagaya" is a new method for re-living in Osaka row houses.Earthquake-resistant, thermal insulation, soundproofing and carefully renovated, the first floor is mainly a store, and the second floor is mainly reorganized into an accommodation, and a shared garden that can be used for events, etc. on the ground floor, making it a facility that is loved by the area. You can rent the entire 240 m² building, which has been renovated to a high standard of cleanliness.There are up to six bedrooms, offering a spacious and luxurious environment for relaxation. * The building built in 1988 has been renovated with an ageing atmosphere.It is not a new building, so please understand before booking. Osaka Castle Park is a 7-minute walk away. It's a 5-minute walk to the JR Osaka Loop Line and Osaka Metro's Morinomiya Station. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and large shopping centres in the neighbourhood that are open until late at night. Inside the building, there is a climbing frame, air hockey, a home theatre and a games corner. It is also fully equipped for children such as cribs and strollers and baby chairs.
