Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the centre. In 20 minutes, you'll be on Alexanderplatz with the Open House. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet housing estate in the middle of Berlin. House Prerow is a one-room apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

Our bright, modern 2-room flat (65 sqm) with a spacious terrace is in Berlin-Weißensee – quiet and green, yet close to it all: just 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, with a lake and local neighbourhood just around the corner. Perfect for couples, friends or small families (up to 3 people). I live here with my two kids – personal touches, books, photos and everyday things give the place its charm. A real home away from home.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. For the overnight stay, you have everything like in a hotel room, coziness, cleanliness, as hostesses if you have questions, I am always there for you. Welcome! A free water bottle, tea/coffee station with small refrigerator for your small drinks awaits you. Feel at home in my place.

The apartment has a very large sleeping and living room, which is divided by a room divider. The kitchen offers enough space and there are kitchen chairs for 5 people. A washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher, blender, oven and stove tops, a toaster and much more is available. Desk in the living room is no longer available.
